Scope business requirements and identify applicable internal teams for creative products/services.

Maintain vendor databases of key partners and strategic relationships

Ensure the animation functions within technical performance targets set for the features, product, and platforms.
Quickly correct any system faults or failures that are affecting players
Perform maintenance on systems and infrastructure as necessary to keep the game operating effectively
Work independently on mission-critical extended-scoped projects
Ensure that system, service, and network capacity is sufficient to support current and expected demand
Write and otherwise document procedures for yourself and others to systematically perform that maintenance.
Help define the animation systems and style explorations for characters, creatures and cut scenes according to gameplay prototype goals.
Partner with Design, Tech art, and Engineering teams to design and implement the right level of animation for early prototypes through pre-production.
Balance animation satisfaction and gameplay clarity to communicate essential game information, recognize areas of opportunity for animation to enhance gameplay.
Flexible in approach and driving rapid iteration, while also setting the style and visual bar for animation craft during pre-production.
