Important Notice:

  1. Before using the MIGHTY TECHNOLOGY game software and related services, users are requested to carefully read this "MIGHTY TECHNOLOGY User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement"). MIGHTY TECHNOLOGY especially reminds users to thoroughly read all terms, especially those that limit or exempt MIGHTY TECHNOLOGY's responsibilities (such terms usually contain phrases such as "no liability" or "no obligation") and those that restrict user rights (such terms usually contain phrases like "must not"). These terms will apply to the maximum extent permitted by local laws.
  2. If the user disagrees with the terms of this Agreement, please do not install or use the software or related services. By clicking "Accept" and installing the software, or registering, starting to use, and/or continuing to use the software or related services, the user is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement and complies with relevant laws. The same applies when the laws are amended, and the user shall bear all legal liabilities for any violations.
  3. If you are a minor with limited capacity for civil conduct, your parent or guardian must read this Agreement and agree to it before you check "Accept." If you are incapable of civil conduct, your parent or guardian must read this Agreement and check "Accept" on your behalf before registering and using the game services. Once you register and start using the game services, it is deemed that your parent or guardian has read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
  4. The terms of this Agreement may change at any time. Please regularly check the announcements on the game and official website. If you disagree with the terms and changes of this Agreement, please immediately stop using the game services. Continuing to use the game services indicates your acceptance of this Agreement. If you have any questions, please contact us immediately.
  5. Users have the right to monitor whether MIGHTY TECHNOLOGY and its staff are providing services in accordance with published standards during the use of the software and related services. Users may also provide feedback, opinions, and suggestions regarding MIGHTY TECHNOLOGY's products and services at any time.

1. Definitions and Descriptions

  1. MIGHTY TECHNOLOGY: Refers to MIGHTY TECHNOLOGY Co., Ltd.
  2. MIGHTY TECHNOLOGY Games: Refers to games operated by MIGHTY TECHNOLOGY.
  3. Software: Refers to game software provided by MIGHTY TECHNOLOGY, including client content, programs, related network servers, websites (including but not limited to official game websites), electronic media, printed materials, and "connected" or electronic documentation.
  4. User: Also referred to as the "End User," refers to individuals who obtain a license to install and use MIGHTY TECHNOLOGY game software products and services through legal means provided by MIGHTY TECHNOLOGY.
  5. Game Data: Refers to all data recorded by servers during your use of MIGHTY TECHNOLOGY services, including but not limited to character data, virtual item data, activity logs, purchase logs, and more.

2. Service Permissions

MIGHTY TECHNOLOGY will reasonably maintain its computer systems based on current technology or professional standards. However, users should understand and agree that this service may experience interruptions, malfunctions, software crashes, disconnections, or hacker attacks, causing inconvenience, delayed execution of games, data loss, or tampering by third parties, among other issues. Users agree to bear all risks arising from using the software and related services. Except for specific purposes and clear warranties provided, MIGHTY TECHNOLOGY does not offer other types of guarantees (whether explicit or implied).

MIGHTY TECHNOLOGY does not guarantee:

  • 2.1.1 That the software and related services meet the user's requirements.
  • 2.1.2 That the software and related services are free from force majeure, viruses, hacker attacks, system instability, user location issues, shutdowns, telecom reasons, or other external or human factors.
  • 2.1.3 That the software installation, copying, website access, recharging, or operation will not conflict with other software.
  • 2.1.4 The credibility, authenticity, and legality of third-party services linked from the MIGHTY TECHNOLOGY website or official game site.
